Here are some answers to questions other users of MindMapper and visitors of this website had.
What is the difference between the USB and the Professional version?
Both software solutions are equal. The USB stick is also a 2009 professional edition.
The difference is that the USB stick does not require installation and registration. This is your mobile MindMapper license. This is the advantage. The disadvantage is when you lose the stick, you lose your license.
That is why the desktop, or normal Professional version is more expensive. Afer a system or hard drive crash, you simply download the software again and register with your own license. The USB stick will not be replaced when you lose it.
What happens when I lose the USB stick?
When you lose MindMapper USB, you lose your license and data. Make sure you make regular backups of the stick.
How about updates within one version and upgrades? Do I have to pay?
Updates within the same version (eg. MindMapper 2009) are free. Upgrades to a newer version may be free or require a small payment. Current clients don't pay the full price again.
Is support included in my purchase?
Support is included in your purchase. When you purchased your license with us, you can contact us. If you bought your license from another website you can contact them or us. Of course you understand that when you bought somewhere else, you may have some delay in the answer time (since we assist our clients first).
Can I become a reseller?
You can become a reseller. Please send us a message with your information, what you do and any questions you have on this topic.
What happens after my 30 day trial?
After 30 days your trial period is over. When your trial period ends, you can no longer save your changes in MindMapper.
You can decide to purchase your license or you can remove MindMapper. After 30 days you probably saw that the software is a very practical aid and you most likely continue using it.
